Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Taste of Wales is unable to accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tasteofwalesstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item(s)

We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Delivery If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible at tasteofwalesstore@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
